Brenda is a seasoned massage therapist, with 25 years experience in clinical, sports, and spa massage. Based on the client’s preferences, Brenda can offer an eclectic blend of modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Myopractic Massage (postural/structural assessment and correction).
Energy Clearing/Shifting Sessions – 90 minutes to 120 minutes. Katherine graduated from The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2012 where she studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and clinical massage as well as anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology. She became certified for Hot Stone Relaxation massage in 2014. Katherine integrates massage modalities to restore flexibility and function, as well as relaxation to your tired muscles. Marissa has a passion for medical massage and specializes in Deep Tissue massage therapy. As a former athlete and current weight lifter, the deep tissue technique comes natural to her. Marissa enjoys working with clients that desire a more than average “deep tissue” pressure. Her clientele varies from professional athletes to those who are sedentary. She began her career in massage in 2012. Her experience in medical massage modalities include: Clinical Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization and Sports Massage.
Natalie’s journey in bodywork and massage began with her fascination with anatomy, physiology, and a love for connecting with people. Natalie provides a personalized, integrative massage with techniques that include deep tissue, myofacial release, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. Throughout her 17 years of experience, she has developed a passion to help facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal. Educating her clients on how to care for themselves after the massage is an important part of Natalie’s craft. She believes in listening closely to concerns and also to what the body has to say, ensuring the most holistic treatment is received.
Tatyana graduated from massage school in 2007. Since graduating, Tatyana has always worked alongside chiropractors. She loves educating and helping her clients feel better, with a “whole body” holistic approach. Throughout her career, Tatyana has worked with many marathon runners. She has also volunteered at many sporting events offering her expertise in pre and post event massages. Her specialties include deep tissue, pre-natal, hot stone, sports and swedish massage. She also integrates active and passive stretching into her massages when needed. Tatyana works with her clients to determine which techniques are going to be most effective and provide maximum benefits.
Yvette has devoted her life to promoting health and wellness. With over 16 years working as a medical massage therapist, Yvette offers many different techniques including deep tissue massage and myofacial release, structural assessments, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, manual lymph drainage, oncology massage and scar tissue reduction. She is also a registered yoga instructor. Yvette prides herself on educating her patients with not only understanding the source of their pain, but also the management of it. She develops and customizes her massage therapy sessions integrating techniques in accordance with client needs.
Zach has always had a passion for working with athletes and improving one’s well-being. This interest inspired him to follow a path into massage therapy. Zach studied at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Swedish Massage, Deep Massage and Sports Massage. He frequently researches new techniques to personalize his treatments to his client’s needs. Over the last year, Zach has provided massage services to a local, professional sports team and is accustomed to treating a variety of injuries and ailments. It is important to Zach that in addition to providing a personalized massage treatment each client also learns self-care techniques to continue treatment beyond the massage.
